NONE of this worked. Still 'not responding' and am unable to use to do my taxes. How do I get a refund?

...........when I get to the Final Review "Summary " page....just before the Filing step

Nothing happens when I hit the "Continue"
The top title bar may even grey-out and show a "Not Responding"
BUT
If I just sit back and twiddle my thumbs, or go do something else, it unfreezes on its own.
I timed it at 1min, 10 seconds once....but yours may differ.
70 seconds may not seem like a long time, but in computer time (and our limited patience) it is "Forever"
I have no idea what it's doing in the background, but maybe it's just being painfully slow to do it.....whatever it is.
SteamTrain - you are the only one who has been able to help me! I waited as you suggested and it 'came back' and I was able to complete the taxes! THANK YOU!
I am having the exact same issue. This is a program problem that needs to be fixed. TurboTax please take action.
