Turbo tax is saying that Box 14 can't be greater than $147 but it is. What am I supposed to do?

If number in Box 14 is more than what is allowed how do I proceed?

Box 14 of what form?

a 1099-R?

a W-2?

Other form type?

And if it's state related......which state?
