If you cannot access your email to retrieve a confirmation code, you can select to "Confirm my account in another way". This option does not work for every customer, but has a chance of getting you in to edit the email.
If you are not able to get in with "confirm my account...", you can fill out an Email Change Request (ECR) form and submit the identifying documentation requested so that we can change the email address for you.

I have been having problems with agi and pin and I can't get my taxes 2018. But tax slayer told me I need a 1040nr I was born and raised in Corpus Christi. I don't know what to I mailed my taxes but wanted direct deposit. But I don't know what is going on.
