Turbo tax has locked me out of my tax return they also have my e-mail address wrong

tax return ready to file but has wrong e-mail address can't get it to change, have been locked out of account since 8:am

The first step is to get you back into your account so you can edit your email information.

If you cannot access your email to retrieve a confirmation code, you can select to "Confirm my account in another way". This option does not work for every customer, but has a chance of getting you in to edit the email.

If you are not able to get in with "confirm my account...", you can fill out an Email Change Request (ECR) form and submit the identifying documentation requested so that we can change the email address for you.

I have been having problems with agi and pin and I can't get my taxes 2018. But tax slayer told me I need a 1040nr I was born and raised in Corpus Christi. I don't know what to I mailed my taxes but wanted direct deposit. But I don't know what is going on.

Follow these steps to get a copy of your prior-year tax return.

Sign in to TurboTax making sure you're using the same TurboTax account (with the same username) as in prior years.

1. Select Documents from the navigation when it appears.
2. Use the drop-down menu at the top of the screen to choose the tax year you want and then select Download PDF.
