The Form 1040 will only display the bank information for direct deposit if you are filing by mail.
Otherwise, for security purposes, the account information will show X's on the Form 1040.
The bank information will be e-filed with your return.

I just noticed this also on my TurboTax Deluxe 2019 IRS 1040 e-filed form. I e-filed my tax Fed and State taxes a while back and was wondering why we still didn't get the CoronaVirus Stimulus deposit into our bank account. We had selected Direct Bank Deposit or Payments when e-filing.
Today 04/21/2020 I checked on the IRS Stimulus payment status and it said we are eligible for the payment BUT they DO NOT have our Bank Direct Deposit information (Routing Number and Account Number)!!!!???? and asked to fill out that information on the IRS website. So, is there a BUG with TurboTax Deluxe 2019 not transmitting the Bank Routing Number and Account Number when I e-filed my tax forms?
P.S. - The Form 1040 puts XXXX's for the Bank Routing and Account Numbers BUT the NY State tax form shows the Bank Routing and Account numbers! So why if you XXXX out the 1040 form for security reasons don't you also XXXX out the STATE forms?
