Turbo tax fee

My turbo tax fee is suppose to get deducted from my federal return.

My federal return is still being processed but TurboTax is charging me the service fee. Due to covid-19 tax returns are delayed, am unable to pay fee at the moment, can turbo tax just deduct their fee when my return comes through
