keep getting error message. says i'm not connected to internet but I am connected. Why will the program not start or download updates.

If you still can't resolve your issue, another user posted what worked for them after speaking with TurboTax Support, although you may want to speak with them yourself, due to different computer configurations. They can get into your computer to see what's going on.
