Your post indicates that you're using TurboTax Online? Is this the case? The reason I ask is because I've seen other users using the Desktop (CD/Download) having a similar problem.
Downloaded to desktop. Using file at this location. Turbo Tax in a loop when inputting direct deposit bank routing info. Does not recognize these numbers.

@coolbreeze50 I had another Desktop user who was able to enter banking info into the SC program ONLY IF they entered the banking info into the federal program. You may want to try that, if you haven't already.
Having to pay federal. That option not available.
