Turbo tax doesn support Alabama 40/40NR

I'm a part-resident of AL. 

Turbotax says I need to file Alabama 40/40NR 

But it doesn't support.

Can I have a refund of my purchase?

TurboTax supports Alabama Form 40NR for part year and non-residents.

Are you using the TurboTax desktop editions?  If so, make sure that you have updated the software the latest release.  Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen.  Click on Check for Updates.

If using the TurboTax online editions the software is automatically updated.

@yong2 No, you cannot use TurboTax for the Alabama return.  As stated in the TurboTax message due to your unique situation TurboTax does not support filing a Form 40 and a Form 40NR for you.  A tax professional would be required to assist in completing the Alabama returns.

If you paid for the TurboTax state program then you will need to contact TurboTax support about this issue and see if you can get the payment cancelled or a refund issued.  Use the key words Billing Issue
