Turbo tax debit card issues

I recently had to file fraudulent on my turbo card and I got the money back that was stolen from me it’s in my account now only problem is I don’t have my turbo card due to it being replaced because the other one was stolen but anyway my question is can I get my money out of my account and and transfer it to another card or something? Like I really need help I need to put gas in my car please HELP
