I have two turbo accounts because one was messed up. I filed last year taxes through second account. I logged in to get previous return information and never filed. I was charged in my bank account. I filed and paid fees from my taxes.
@Kinakay That makes no sense. You could not file your tax return twice, so how did you pay twice? Did you pre-pay in one account and then abandon that account? Did you start over completely in a second account and then choose pay with your refund?
Talk to customer support to sort that out.

I started the filing process with them and then didn't want to pay $89 I did not sign file my taxes. They charged me within 12 hours. I am filing a dispute with my bank! I tried to talk to TurboTax twice with a nice lady named Michelle. No help
I don’t know what employee is on here commenting that you only pay once you file your return. I also was charged before I filed and we didn’t ever file through TurboTax. I’ve been using Intuit for business for years, but this year our self employment taxes were more complicated and I didn’t feel that TurboTax did an adequate job. It’s extremely frustrating to run into this issue, feels like they are stealing when I contacted them for a refund and they said that they cannot cancel an order. Needless to say I won’t be using TurboTax again, and I’m honestly so frustrated that I may stop using quickbooks for my business also.
I was filing through Turbotax, just entered the payment information and got charged to my credit card, I didn't continue with any other step and decided not to file, asked for a refound and I received a email saying they can't proceed with my refound as well, "TurboTax Online is designed not to charge the customer until after they choose to file". THIS IS A LIE, I will never use Turbotax again.
