Turbo Tax calculated my 2016 Federal Tax Withholding as more than what I entered on W-2 and 1099-R. Why?

Turbo Tax calculates that I had $754 more in 2016 federal withholding than I entered from my W-2 and my wife's 1099-R.

The additional amount can come either from Form 8959 line 24, from a Schedule K-1, or from a Form W-2G.
