Turbo Tax 2024 installs but does not run

I have Turbo Tax 2024 installed on my Windows 10 PC. When I click on the icon, I get the little "just a minute" screen Instead of opening the program it shows an activation window. The window states that I have one activated license and I can add more if I want to. No way to get into the program itself. I bought a Turbo Tax backup disk. When I try to install with that, it won't even complete the installation. It hangs up about a sixth of the way through. I talked to tech support. The rep said he would escalate my case, but I haven't heard back. I have deleted and reinstalled Turbo Tax repeatedly and it hasn't worked. I think there is some setting on my computer that is keeping the program from working. I have run Norton Utilities to eliminate any errors.

Team Viewer found corrupt files on my computer. TT runs now.
