Turbo Tax 2024 - CPP/EI Issues

Hi, I have been starting to enter numbers on the 2024 Turbo tax program i downloaded, However there is a problem with line 44800, it is giving huge credits back that should not be there- has anyone else had this problem? An how do you fix it ?

I don't recognize that line number 44800.   Are you in Canada? This is the USA forum. Here is the Canada forum
