Turbo Tax 2022 entering wages

Hello

I purchased Turbo Tax 2022 in Amazon.  My tax return freezes in entering wages, just get a completely white screen.  I was wondering if anyone else is having the same issues and what I can do to correct.

If you are running a Windows PC, try the following and see if it helps

Save the Tax return.  Click on the File menu at the top left of the desktop screen and click on Save.

Close the TurboTax program

Right Click on the TurboTax icon

Click on Properties

Click on Compatibility

Check the box Run this program as an administrator

Click on Apply and OK

Start the TurboTax program again and see if the problem persists.
