TT statement Capital Loss carry over: If line 16 loss amount is greater than the number shown on line 21 (pretend they're both positive numbers), Mine are neg numbers??

if the loss on schedule D line 16 is greater than the loss on line 21 you have a capital loss carryover. of the difference assuming 1040 line 11 is not negative.
