I have the TurboTax Premier Desktop. Already done my taxes.
I'm helping my daughter do her taxes. She has a small business performing video production. I generally understand Schedule Cs and the concept of Income, Expenses and Depreciation (at least enough to be dangerous!).
I'm having trouble finding specifically where to enter:

Start by going to the Schedule C Business Income and Expenses section by using the following steps:
Go through this section until you get to the screen to enter Business Expenses.
The vehicle mileage will be entered by going through the Cars, trucks, and other vehicle expenses section.
The cost of software subscriptions may be entered as a Miscellaneous expense where you can enter a short description and the amount. Go through the All Other Expenses section to the end where you are asked about any other expenses.
The equipment costs will be entered in the Assets and depreciation section.
