TT for Business. trouble changing the allocation for P

I am using TurboTax for Business and am having trouble changing the allocation for profits and losses from 2019's allocations to the correct ones for 2020 for ONE of the partners. The program pushes me to "Additional Special Allocations and Weight Average Worksheet" even though the date that the allocations changed was January 1st. I can see the correct allocation for the other partners on their "Schedule K-1 Worksheet". It is just one partner who is stuck with last year's numbers
