Trying to upgrade

I am looking to buy an upgrade to TurboTax.  In the past I have used the free edition for one child. Now I am looking for a single point of tax help for 2 kids separately, and my taxes.  I have a 1065 to report.  The free edition isn't helpful and there is no one to buy the product online.  There is no live chat for someone who is trying to figure what version to buy.
