Trying to file federal before state. instructions say to get to “here’s your filing options” page to click hold on state returns but I can’t find that page anywhere

Hi ..   I'm logged into the web version of turbo tax and was able to file without state return by going to the left side of the screen clicking on the menu  clicking on state  and clicking on delete state . Then go to the link that says review it's gonna tell you to finish filing state or to  delete state to continue without it
