This is an old already-answered thread on a different topic than your question, which will not show up to the forum as needing help.

You should start your own new thread at the link below so it will show up to the whole forum as needing help and where you can be questioned about your issue.  
When you go to the form at the link, the first box is for a summary of your question, like a title, and is limited to 170 characters..  If you need more room, lower on the form you will come to another box with plenty of room to enter details.    This is a public Internet forum, so don't post any personal info.

Are you using Online TurboTax?  Is the Transmit button not working; i.e., unresponsive?   It's most likely something in the browser that needs to be reset.  

It may be due to a CAPTCHA not appearing, where one would need to checkmark "I am not a robot."

NOTE:   Are you using any ad blockers or script blockers?   If so, that may be blocking the CAPTCHA.

Otherwise, here's how to troubleshoot:

• First see if simply refreshing the browser page will solve it.
  
• If not, then log out and clear your browser Internet cache.
• Close the browser and reopen it.
• Make sure cookies are allowed/enabled in your browser settings so the CAPTCHA will appear.
• Log in and try again.
• If still unsuccessful, do all the above, then this time open a private window/private browsing (aka "incognito mode").
• Log in with the private window (again making sure cookies are allowed) and try the efile again
  

If that doesn't work, see if a different browser (with cookies allowed) will solve it.

It's works on my signature page it says type your name then it say out date below date I do that but it don't have button for next ok or nothing at the top show way to send I don't know hiw
