Why is the program stuck in "Did you make money an any other state." Continue button doesn't work.I answered NO and it won't continue.

If I skip, program takes me back to the entries I already completed. FRUSTRATING as I'm almost done with Federal return.

Try saying Yes and see if you entered anything earlier. If so, delete it and then say No.
