Trouble entering home property taxes

When I click on the "update" button to enter my property taxes, I see a white screen, but no place to enter the data. I have updated the software to no avail.

Are you using TurboTax Desktop or Online? If using TurboTax Online, have you tried clearing your cache and cookies, or switching your browser?

when i input payer and amount info in the "Community Property - Interest" section, why aren't my values being saved? I've tried entering them several times already.
