Are you in North Carolina? The state revenue service has not yet released the forms for e-filing which the TurboTax program needs to do the filing. That may also be the case for other states as well. NC is supposed to release the forms on/after Feb. 24. You may have to dig around on the Internet to find the status of the forms for your state. Also, try changing the selection to e-file the US tax return only. If that goes through, then you will know that it is something related to your state. In that case you can e-file your state return later (but not after the deadline) once the forms are released.
