treasury 1099 info , how to enter it?

do i have to enter each t bond data separately or consolidated one record for box 3 is ok?

also does I saving  bond which i redeemed , have to be entered separately ?

box 3 is ok. 

did you get a 1099-B for the redemption?  I doubt it for savings bonds. if so it needs to be entered. if not enter nothing since there is no gain or loss.
