I think there is a problem with the transaction amount causing these errors.
I am able to view my returns by clicking "View Your Return" in the section before e-filing where it says to double-check your name, SSN, and birth date. Is this sufficient to file by mail?
If not, what are my options to get my return completed? I saw this post, but was told that neither of these options are recommended by TurboTax. Also, the number on that post is a dead number.
I was then told to try to file by mail.
A lot of my transactions are short-term gain/loss $0 trades. Is it ok to just delete those to lower the transaction count?

How do I file my return when I see the Transmission Trouble or Trouble Printing screens?

I saw this post, and called the number. The number is a dead number. I then contacted support after calling the dead number. I was told that neither of these options are recommended by TurboTax, and to try to file by mail. I was also told that there isn't a way to actually get the CD version without paying again.
If what I was told by support on the phone isn't correct, please let me know.
A lot of my transactions are short-term $0 gain/loss intrayear trades. Is it ok to just delete those to lower the transaction count? More specifically, is this a better option than doing pure summaries? Seems like it would be a better 1st option to me.
