Training Costs while Unemployhed Deductible

I have been doing some SAP training to make my skills current.  I have a plan that pays the cost, but I pay my own travel costs.  Can I deduct this and where in TurboTax do I do that?

For 2018, there is no longer any allowable deduction for job-related educational expenses, which used to be claimed as an itemized deduction under job expenses. The only tax benefits for education that are available this year are the American Opportunity Tax Credit and the Lifetime Learning Credit.
