That's probably on a state tax return.
Re-enter the state tax interview...and go into the "Other Situations" area. There is likely a section about making contributions to some state charity funds that you need to go into. Set those contributions to zero and see what happens. Or if you know how much over the limit you are, reset them to some lower value...such that you appear to get maybe ~$10 back after all is said and done.
You can always make your own contributions to similar charities during the year.
