TIN number longer than the form will accept, why?

The answer does not give me resolution, what now?

This is no help! The form will not accept the amount of key strokes to enter the complete TIN number, this is frustrating to be kind!!!  I wrote the original problem, I think something is messed up with the program, how about a phone number and a live person to speak? Is this asking too much since the program is so highly recommended?
