Three years ago i quit work to take care of my wife who had health issues We have not filed previous 2 years what should i do

If you withdrew from the 401K, you may need to go to Amazon and purchase TurboTax 2016 & 2017 downloads to file those returns. You can file 2018 even though you haven't filed the other returns yet. Each year is independent of the other.
