Went to E-File and received this message:
This return has certain forms that can't be e-filed, usually because of tax regulations, so you'll need to print and file by mail. Fo more details, select the Review tab, above, and continue through Final Review. To file by mail, select the File tab, continue and select File by Mail.
When I go to the Review tab there are no forms identified as requiring File by Mail. I have checked for updates to the software and received a message that my software is up to date. I am not sure why I am getting this message? I had paid for the software through Sams Club as I do every year. Is it possible to return the digital download for a full refund so that I can use another software or TT online? Or does TT online have this same issue?

This is a known issue in TurboTax and we are working to resolve it as soon as possible. As soon as we have a resolution for you, it'll be shared on Community. The issue is scheduled to be resolved end of 1/31. Please do not file prior to 2/1.
