Do I send it to the IRS and what address must it be sent to? Does turbo tax send it to them??

When you print your forms the mailing address to send them is on the print out. Or, you can e-file through Turbo Tax.
Federal is free to e-file, but there is a charge of $19.99 for the state I live in - Alabama.

You can efile your returns. Then there is nothing to mail in.
