This import was unsuccessful.

I've been trying to import data from my financial institutions in TurboTax, however none of the imports are successful. After adding my bank(s) Schwab & J.P Morgram Chase and verifying my account, I am able to work through the steps of linking accounts. When my web browser redirects me back into TurboTax, I got the error message above along with:

 

We recommend you check your internet connection and try again. If we still can't get your info, don't worry. We'll help you enter it manually so you can keep working on your taxes

 

I've tried this process through two different browsers, and with both financial institutions. I'm also connected to the Internet. 

 

This is for TurboTax on Mac: 2024.r19.022

This import was unsuccessful.

Please see Troubleshooting TurboTax Desktop for Mac issues to ensure your program is up to date. 

 

Then use these instructions to import your 2024 brokerage information into your 2024 tax return.  If using those steps aren't working for you and you are still getting an error message, please refer to What if I can't import my 1099? for additional troubleshooting tips when importing your 1099 information.
