Hi there my federal refund was accepted but my state was denied and I don’t understand why or what the issue is I’ve fixed what I thought it was and it still got denied again. Please help

Do you mean the state efile was rejected? What is the rejection message/code?

It says my Ohio return was rejected and it was code- OHCOM-012

This code generally indicates that the state section of the W-2 is not entered in the format that Ohio requires.  

 Additionally, please make sure that the amount you entered in the state section SD-100 has been rounded to the nearest dollar and does not have a decimal followed by cents. This can also trigger this particular reject code.
