If you have already reported your 1095-A, but have experienced a rejection saying that you didn't include information from this document, revisit your entries. 

 

  1. Use the magnifying glass in the upper right of your screen, type "1099-R", and choose the first option "Jump to 1099-R"
  2. Choose the "Edit" option next to your policy
  3. Verify the Marketplace identifier and Marketplace-assigned policy number match exactly to you 1095-A boxes 1 and 2.
  4. If this looks correct to you, delete the information you have and re-enter it.
