Where can ES payments be entered in the "Other income taxes" section of "Deductions and Credits" in the self-employed version or do they get entered elsewhere?

They are entered in a section called "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid". Scroll down under Deductions and Credits to the all tax breaks sections. It's in that section. See instruction below. Also see screen shot below.
