Ugh. That is the right system. What I just noticed when I tried to create a new account is that it recognized that my email address was already associated with an account and in very small letters it has a link to sign in. Looks as if I am all set now.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for Quick Employer Forms - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/forms/help/how-do-i-create-w-2-and-1099-forms-in-turbotax/01/25869
Thanks, but I don't think that will work for me. I have only been using the standard web/online TurboTax version for the past several years and using another Intuit product to create the one 1099 I need for a household contractor.
I believe this used to be the link to the system I used in the past:
https://iop.intuit.com/welcome/1099.jsp
But, when I go there now, it asks me to start to create an account...but I have an account and it won't let me login.
