TurboTax says my returns were both accepted, however the Federal IRS and State IRS day they’re being processed. How do I report a false acceptance?

There's no false acceptance.  Acceptance just means your returns have been identified as being filed by you and a few quick items like Social Security numbers were checked and they're ready to start processing.  Yours are now past the acceptance stage and into processing.  Once finished processing your return will be approved and then your refund sent.
