Form 2210 won't let me fill in the boxes. Just tells me there is an error. How do I get access to Form 2210 so that I can edit it.

There is no access to forms in the online version.  Go back to the interview for underpayment Penalty to make your corrections.  Type the words underpayment penalty in search then click on the Jump To.
