I selected the 29.99 option and it comes with a 34.99 additional charge. I need to remove that fee

I want to be able to remove all and start from scratch with no fees.  not even the 29.99 fee.

There are options that you can definitely go back and start from scratch.  I'm not sure where you see additional charges, but I can tell you this much.  To file federally 1040 simple forms are completely free on here.  There are certain tax situations that you receive other forms than W-2's that TurboTax will charge you more for.  State filing is normally always $29.99.  Now, if you choose when you're finalizing to have them take the money you would owe them directly from your tax return instead of out of pocket like with a debit card, they do charge that additional $34.99 on top of it for the convenience of it.
