The TurboTax site will not let me finish filing my return it keeps bringing me back to sign and finish can someone please help?

I have done literally everything from clearing cache, cookies, using 3 different browser phone app, revisiting each section of my return talked to 2 customer service representatives and tried to file for the last 5 days. This seems to have been an issue last year was it never resolved?

Where specifically in the software is the screen stuck?  Please post a screenshot here in the thread of the exact page before you are sent back to sign and finish.

Well it's already fixed now. Lol I had to file just normal direct deposit (via credit karma) because it wouldn't let me get through it with the advance option. Just kept circling back to the same step. Couple days after I filed I helped my dad file his and boom the advance was working. I'm which sucks becaude if you get the child tax credit or earned income credit they are holding those and not issuing them until "mid to late February". So yeah the advance would have been great.

Hi everyone, I'm a customer service representative here at TurboTax, and was on the phone with a customer for over an hour trying to help him with this. What finally worked for us was removing the states and just filing federal. I am going to send the link to state forms so he can verify that no forms on his state returns are unsupported or not ready yet. I saw that as a suggestion on this thread as well, so make sure you guys try that if you haven't yet! (It doesn't let me paste a link, but search Forms Availabililty on TurboTax.)

I am trying to efile my federal return.  I am using the downloaded turbo tax software on my laptop.  I have completed all the fields for efile.  When I click Continue, nothing happens. I clicked edit for each item and all is correct.  When I click the Continue button lower right in screen nothing happens
