Anybody get. reference code 9001?

I agree it is bs I've filed with them for 5 years and never had this issue but with all the people who is getting this "form" sent to them dont you think someone by now would have recieved it and no one seems to have got it yet so I think that's crap

@mjohnston8816 , exactly and if they did send it why in the hell would they send it to my OLD address when I clearly filed with a new address this year? Makes no damn sense! I’ve been audited once ever two years ago and when they sent a letter it came to the address I filed with, and it came very quickly!

The representative that we spoke to said this code 9001 means nothing and not to worry about it. She wasn’t very kind though. I just checked our status on where’s my refund though and the code is gone and I now have the PATH message no bars and instead of it having my refund amount off to the left like usual it sais (tax season ending Dec 2018) Is anyone else’s that way?

Mines  also to the path message with no codes telling me to check back middle of Feb do to the child tax credit

Mine updated saying "Take action, its a delay in processing my tax return" with no reference code

Mine updated with DDD for 2/13. I also had 9001 message since 1/19. Dont worry I think that 9001 issues is just like the agent I spoke to said a systemic error however there are some people who are effected

I went from 9001 to 1541 take action delay

@kelz1129 no eic but the additional child tax credit i did have. I filed on 1/16 got accepted that same day and then jumped to 9001 on 1/19. If you are able to order your transcripts thats a good sign because despite the 9001 code i was able to order mine on Thursday.

I filed on the 11th and I got both mines just updated to the path mes.

mine hasnt updated. Filed the 26th and accepted the 28th still stuck on the 9001 code
