Are you filing as Married Filing Jointly and have two dependents on your tax return? If so, the $5,600 is the amount you were eligible to receive for the 3rd stimulus. How much did you receive for the 3rd stimulus payment in the March - May 2021 timeframe?
We are our only dependents. Just the two of us. We received $2,800 jointly as the third impact payment. How do I make the change in Turbotax?

Go back to the My Info section of the program and Delete any dependents listed.
Note - You are the taxpayers on the tax return, you are not dependents.
We have no dependents listed on the program. We are married filing jointly.

Did you have any dependents on the 2020 tax return? That may have transferred to the 2021 tax return.
If not, then try these procedures.
Close the TurboTax window. Clear cache on your web browser - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/00/26135
Sign back onto your TurboTax online account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Enter stimulus or recovery rebate credit in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on the Jump to stimulus or Jump to recovery rebate credit
See if the $5,600 is still present. If it is then close the TurboTax window and change your web browser to either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
See if the $5,600 is still present. If it is then clear your tax return and start over.
If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2021 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.
