For the Online versions efiling is free and included.  The fees are to prepare the return whether you efile or print and mail.

The Premier version is currently  $54.99  +  $36.99 for the state return when you file it.  Be aware that the state return must be file either with the federal return OR  after the federal return has been accepted by the feds.
