The license code you entered is not valid. Error code: 605, when I enter 16 digit activation code.

I have Microsoft  surface laptop.  I have uninstalled turbo tax and re-install but not able to continue

I have the same issue. Bought this deluxe product and loaded on my pc. Now my moms and it says the lice code entered is not valid. Error code 605. Why?

The license code is correct and tied to my account.
