My letter is requesting bank statements showing cash withdrawals for my payments made. I have matching dates for most of payments, but some I didn't necessarily withdraw the money and take it directly to pay my provider therefor I made payments but don't have a matching withdrawal on that exact date

The IRS will expect something reasonable that shows the payments were made and that you earned enough to make the payments you claimed. Send the bank statements, since that is what they requested, but also include an explanation and any other proof of payments you may have. You could also ask the child care provider to supply a receipt.
