The IRS will allow you to set up a payment plan.If you haven't filed yet,You can set up a payment plan through Turbo Tax .If you have already filed you can set it up through IRS.Please see the following information:

You can setup a payment plan in TurboTax by choosing the Installment Payment Plan selection in the File section of the TurboTax interview.    You can also logon to https://irs.gov/paymentsand set up a installment payment plan.
