Thanks. The line was just automated saying it still hasn’t been processed and there’s no one available to talk to due to high call volumes. Guess they’re still working through the back log due to covid (I filed in May, and I think they might still be working April returns).
Try at 7am your time ... early in the day works best. And yes they still have millions of unprocessed 2020 returns in the hopper.
