The irs calculated my 2020 estimated taxs at $1500.00. can I legally lower them to $1300.00?

The IRS calculated them? I didn't think they did that. Or did Turbo Tax print you out some estimates? If you got the 1040ES slips from Turbo Tax then they are optional to pay. You can cross out the amount and write in another amount. Or pay directly on line at the IRS.
