That person is an IDIOT ... print off a page 1 ... put your name & SS# on the top and hand it into the fool and/or talk to his supervisor so he can get the training he needs to do his job since he cannot figure out how to enter N/A on that line of his checklist correctly.
Lol. Thanks! I sent him a blank one and told him to see how it was not relevant. He said he will submit it to underwriting as is, but he doesn't think it will work. I'm hoping his underwriter will know it doesn't need to be sent in. If not, I will do what you said. I did try to explain that it wasn't necessary. We will see how it goes.
If the underwriter and the supervisor doesn't understand this basic concept time to shop for a new mortgage company.
